"Every girl feels pretty when she is dressed to the nines and had her hair all done up. I am no different and have been fortunate enough to find my way to a great retro community in Houston. BY day I may be a mundane corporate chick, but come night time I might be anything from a Purr-fect pretty to a tassel twirlin' vixen and everything in between! No day is complete without fishnets in my opinion."

"Hi, I'm Laura-Lu, and I'm 21 years old. I'd venture to call myself a thrill seeker, I like fast things with or without wheels. I've ridden horseback for the last fifteen years of my life and am proud to say that I now have my own steel horse stabled, in the garage that is! I pave my own way, break all the rules, and live life to Katharine Hepburn's own standard. I love to ride and every moment spent with me is sure to be exciting!"

"My name is Lauren Victoria, I’m 22 years old, and (no stereotyping!) from New Jersey. This past May I graduated Cum Laude from Montclair State University with a BA in Communication Studies, and I work as a Sales Leader for Pier 1 Imports. I’ve never done any modeling, yet I did dance for fifteen years, performed in some school plays, and was a member of my high school’s marching band color guard, so I do have some experience with makeup and hair styling. When I’m not busy working or helping out with my 2 year old live-in nephew, I enjoy outings on the boat, going out dancing with my friends, and traveling whenever the opportunity presents itself."

"I'm Lina Coquette and I'm just a girl who is very down to earth and not afraid to be silly. I enjoy 40's & 50's pin up, classic cars, and swing dancing. Some things I like are camping, attending USS Hornet events, being in my 1948 Chevy Fleet Master Coupe, and cruising on the back of a motorcycle. Sometimes I'll be making jewelry or just having a good laugh with my friends. I'm always busy and never bored. I came across this contest by accident and even though I've NEVER done this before, I thought I would try it. The pictures were fun and I think every woman should take a pin up photo at least once in their lifetime."

"My name is Mandy and I've got mischief on my mind. I am a big fan of anything pin up, tattoos, and Día de los Muertos. I'm a little on the spicy side and I like to keep things interesting. I'm inspired by Bettie Page and Frida Kahlo. I love old school punk rock, ska, and rockabilly music. I love the fashion of the 50's and 70's punk. I never leave the house without a flower in my hair and my cherry red lipstick."

"My name is Stephanie and I live in Boise, ID. I have been modeling for about two years now and enjoy it thoroughly. I have done several styles from pinup to blood and gore for alternative shoots. I was told about this contest by a woman that I just did a photo shoot with for another pinup contest, and I can't wait to see if I get to be entered."

"My name is Shelbi, I'm a girly sweetheart with a sailor's dirty mouth. I love music and I love to dance, even though I'm not very good at it. My favorite types of music are rockabilly, punk, psychobilly, ska, metal, rock n' roll, and swing but my music tastes aren't limited to just those genres. I also love to make art, I especially like to paint. I'm always making some kind of craft though. I haven't been modeling for very long but I love doing pin-up and plan to continue to do it for as long as I can. And I of course love to shop on BreakdownBettie.com!! <3"
